Welcome to Artfolio Studios ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

Artfolio Studios operates as a digital creative service provider based in the Arab Republic of Egypt, offering services locally and internationally.

These Terms are governed in accordance with:

• Egyptian Civil Code
• Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018
• E-Commerce Law Egypt

We provide professional graphic design services, including but not limited to:

• Brand identity & logo design
• Social media content & campaigns
• Marketing and advertising materials
• Custom digital artwork and assets

• A legally binding agreement is formed once you confirm an order and payment is received.
• We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
• A detailed project scope will be agreed upon before work begins.

All prices are listed in EGP/USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Payment terms:

• Full upfront payment; OR
• Partial upfront (non-refundable deposit) + remaining balance before final delivery

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers.

• Each service package includes a defined number of revisions.
• Additional revisions are billed separately.
• Once a design is approved, further changes may incur additional fees.

All timelines are estimates based on project scope and responsiveness. We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Client inaction
• Force majeure events
• Third-party service disruptions

Due to the nature of digital creative work:

• No refunds are issued once work has commenced.
• If canceled before work begins → partial or full refund may be granted.
• Deposits are non-refundable once project planning has started.

9.1 Ownership Transfer

Full ownership of final approved designs is transferred only after full payment.

9.2 Retained Rights

We retain the right to:

• Display completed work in our portfolio
• Use designs for promotional purposes

9.3 Restrictions

Clients may NOT:

• Resell unused drafts or concepts
• Claim authorship of preliminary designs
• Use deliverables unlawfully or without full payment

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Ensure legal rights to any materials you supply
• Respond within reasonable timeframes

You may not use our services to create content that:

• Violates Egyptian law or public morals
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or illegal material

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Business information
• Design concepts
• Client materials

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Internet outages
• Government actions

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payment obligations are not met
• Abusive or unprofessional conduct occurs

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
