Service Policy

  • We have full right to display your design in our portfolio.
  • The customer bears full responsibility when using our services for things other than those agreed upon at the order stage.
  • 50% of the amount must be paid before starting the design phase.
  • By opening a ticket, you agree to all of our terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy

  • It is forbidden to deliver project files to the client before paying for it.
  • The customer has no right to sell our services.
  • All services provided are subject to the copyright of Artfolio Studio.
  • All customer data is strictly confidential.

Return Policy

  • If the customer approves the initial model and the service is cancelled after approval, the customer will bear financial fees.
  • The customer is not entitled to request a refund after the order has been delivered.
